A small & Cozy outlet in Alipore. The ambience can be made better. Ordered a hot Chocolate; the taste is reasonably good if not the best, but comes with a high price tag. Parking is a challenge though. Car has to be parked on the road, which worked on a silent Sunday evening.
Barista is all about good coffee but I really don't understand why the service is so poor I have been coming to Barista for 15 yrs now recently I am facing a big challenge every day,I prefer the double shot which ideally should be served with cold water but for sometime now the Service boy is saying there Area Manager has said them not to serve cold water along with the coffee and when after repeated requests to them they refused to give cold water I wish to know is this the way how a Coustemer of 15yrs should be treated/greated?I have never faced such challenges anywhere in any other coffee shops around I request the management to kindly think on this particular issue which is actually not an issue for me it's a harassment because I spend almost 163 ruppees every day minimum and I am doing this for 15 long years I don't think this is what as a Coustemer I should deserve against the loyalty towards this brand.

Very very bad service. They force regular customers to take 2biscotti instead of one saying single piece are not allowed to sale. There is nowhere mention that we have to take two pieces. I'm a regular customer here in New Alipore barista since 16yrs. I never faced this type issues before in any barista.. there is a guy called Prakash in New Alipore barista who always does this misbehave..he always denies to give combos if it's available also. This is why the sale is down in New Alipore barista bcz they cheat with customers. I would suggest never go to this New Alipore barista..
I came here at a 60% discount. So the total value was quite reasonable. But the original prices are unnecessarily very high. The best part of all the items was the berry frappe. Can give it a try.
