Cappuccino was good and fresh. But if you stuck on airport then this is the good option to try coffee and hot drinks.
I had a horrible experience and I'm hoping this was an isolated instance. My wife and I had to take an early flight out and with limited eateries open our choices were pretty limited. We decided to go for the simple veg grilled sandwich. What could go wrong? Everything. The sandwich constituents were obviously stale. 2 days of upset stomach only made matters worse. We already pay a fortune for food at the airport. Is it too much to ask for fresh ingredients? Please headover to the stores serving dosa. Atleast you get hot fresh food.

Expensive coffee and tea and certainly not worth it. Except maybe the espresso, which was good. Ambience is not great. Noisy and long waits during rush hours.
I don't know why they aren't rated well. In my perspective, I can't be more grateful as they provided 2 bottles of milk for my infant in the time of need. Not a single store in the entire airport had milk even at a cost. Though I didn't place any big order, but for a Cafe americano, which was good. Their generosity is highly appreciated. Once again, thanks a bunch for your kindness.
The staff at cash counter is hopeless . Busy in taking to colleagues and generate wrong ticket for me . I ordered coffee but he generated single shot of espresso and when I enquired he started to make arguments and didn't accept his fault. I left my money paid with the counter without taking my order . Pathetic service .poor management by barista !!
Is this really Barista. I ordered a drink and it was really not worth 250 rupees. Really disappointed in these big companies not giving any attention to their own stalls
Worst place to have a coffee. Coffee is bad apart from that staff having attitude problem. I met with cold stares, ignored requests, and outright dismissive behavior from your workers. They seemed more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and creates a negative experience for customers. It made me feel unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer.
