Coffee is great. Very little space inside. Service is good. Staff is also very friendly.
The best thing about this place is it's location. It's hardly on the distance of 02 minutes walk from RK beach. So you can choose to take away your order and enjoy it while sitting on the shore of the great indian ocean. The staff is really humble and helpful. Place was neat and clean when I visited there. There should be one more branch of barista near vizag railway station.
I had two espresso coffee at Barista Inox which they gave me without bill. The cost of coffee is hefty nearly Rs 380/- but they could not give me the bill despite giving them 4 hours to act. As per basic rule Coffee is free if bill is not given but here they charged me without bill. Not recommended for anyone unless you want to waste your money on Barista. Very average coffee with no professional attitude.
Cockaroaches crawling over the food, avoid at all costs. When i told the staff, they removed the cockaroach but not the food item. Staff had a lot of attitude as well, i was waiting for a friend, initially ordered coffee to drink there, had to leave as my friend had arrived, so i requested to have the coffee changed to a "to go" order and he rudely refused to do it as i didnt order it like that, i honestly don't see what the big deal was. What difference would it make, isnt customer satisfaction more important? I would have walked out without paying but decided to be the mature person pay, wait and drink the coffee that i was "forced" to drink. I cant confirm this but the guy working might be making money for himself instead of transferring payments to the coffee shop, he deliberately took away the phonepe qr code and asked me to pay his personal phonepe, once i finished payment to his account he put the phonepe code back on the counter. Disappointing experience, health hazard, poor customer service.
