Nice cozy place. I have been seeing this place for ages but when I visited this time almost after 5 years. Things seemed bit different but the warmth of service was the same. Ordered a chicken tikka sandwich and coffee. Taste wise it was good but seriously 200 for a sandwich and 155 for a cappuccino. Opera chips were stinking of stale oil but reason given was it's fried in olive oil. So no more Opera chips next time but yes lots of coffee.
Very relaxed atmosphere. The staff very courteous .Coffee smelled good .Unlike Starbuck, you welcome refreshing smell of coffee.Price a bit on the higher but compensated by the congenial environment .Love to come back to this place
Barista Coffee - Sarat Bose Road Outlet:-They charged 420/- bucks for 2 large cappuccino but gave us small cup normal coffees, when asked they changed but gave us the same small cup coffees. This type of service won't fetch customers. This abuse behaviour of staffs pull down the reputation of brand Barista coffee.Moreover the space is small, and there are tables and chairs placed too closely, in this pandemic cafe should follow the govt rules and place tables /chairs with adequate gaps-space in between. Not recommended at all.

The blueberry muffin at Barista is to die for, especially for all those who love the flavour however don't want anything very sweet. And when they heat it for u, it smells really really nice.
There are many fancy cafe's in south Kolkata now. But this place truly makes the best cup of cappuccino, they don't mix water or other things. Just a pure and perfect cup, with an excellent shot of espresso in it's base!
