Lovely place to have coffee and snacks. This was the first grand mall that we all adored in hyderabad but sadly they've not innovated and lost the crowd. Nevertheless, you won't find much better place for coffee nearby than this place.
This cafe is located on the first floor of the Prasads complex. I visited it in the morning and tried their Hot Chocolate [Rs.194 with taxes]. It tasted really good. It has a small seating area.
There is no sir conditioning, taste very average and not upto the standard, coffee bland. False advertising because I ordered tiramisu classic and image was something else . Totally false advertising. Coffe is very bad . Very below average

The place is so ill maintained. The tables, chairs and floor is so dirty , almost disgusting. There are 2 staff members available, Nayan is busy on the phone and the other guy looks shocked and angry when asked to clean the tables. This is worst than a roadside Irani cafe. I tasted coffee here after trying all other places.. May be didn't get a chance.. But really liked it.. Also they have some ready stuff to eat like baked items.. Also non alcoholic beers.. So it's nice place to spend for a coffee
The employee accepted my payment for 5 brristas and made me and my family wait. Then instead of preparing my order, he served the order of a boy and his girlfriend who was dressed in a sleeveless short dress. Note that they had come after I had made my payment. Then she had a problem with her order so he went ahead and replaced her drink totally neglecting my order. I must mention that I and my family were dressed in simple salwar Kurtas. I strongly feel that this was discrimination due to either dress or the impression of wealth. I hated the way we were treated.
Always late. Under staffed and not trained to bill quickly. Makes it harder for people to order during movie interval. Wasn't able to buy a muffin that was there in stock because staff was not trained to bill it.
