One of worst saloon I've visited. These guys knows only one hairstyle. Why these guys are in a hurry. No hair wash nothing. We have to wait for long even though these guys are standing outside and talking. No professionalism. Pls avoid such pathetic saloons

My colleague was suggested this place. When i came to the place and taken there services it was good. My entire look was changed with their magic hands. The owner ( forget her name) was patiently hear all my suggestions and queries. Thank you.

Very bad experience I had. Last day I have fixed an appointment and reached the saloon 15 minutes late and they have said there is no staff for service. First of all they are not following a professional way and I don't know why there is no staff at 6.45 pm. What was the point of taking an appointment!! Also the behaviour of the staffs are so arrogant. I have never seen such people in professional saloons. Also the owners please try to teach your staffs a minimalist manners and remember you are not the only Saloon in Kochi. And the customers please be careful to visit this place

I had a adverse experience with the team. The person at the counter would make you wait and disappears. The others who are in there so called professionals would cut the line and allow in the familiars. Beautiful place but service is deteriorating day by day. I had the service appalled quote some time back and now it is going down in terms of customer service. Which sadly is long gone. One star. For the record this incident happened on 3rd April 2021 at 18.45 hrs. Would have posted pictures alongside if that provision was available, colleagues do not completely follow civil protocols too.

Staffs are in a hurry to watch cricket match in TV. In 2 min they finished my hair cutting. Would have given 5 star if I would have got the right service paid for the price they are charging.

Very bad service. I went for beard grooming and hair cut. Starts with beard , the barber took only 3 minutes and he said finished !! It was horrible, uneven cuting . And i have to point out to him to level it. He said its level already !! Unprofessional staff, dont know how to trim a beard . Go some where else for good haircut and grooming.

Good place to get a haircut. Has Hindi and employees,so knowing their language will surely help.it is air conditioned.located on the first floor of a bakery. Female friendly place. Shampoo wash and all facilities available here.
