Utterly negative experience. I came in during the afternoon (no other customers) and found all 4 employees sitting and eating lunch. I asked if they were open and they told me to come in. All I wanted was my eyebrows threaded, so I took a seat and waited for someone to come. All 4 of them sat completely unbothered, eating and chatting away while I waited for someone to quickly do my eyebrows. I waited for a little while and indicated that I was becoming impatient, to which one of the employees asked me to wait just a little longer. They continued to sit and eat, talking as if I wasn't there and making me wait for a service that takes all of 5 minutes to finish. Finally I just got up and left. They asked me to stay but I was fed up. No sense of professionalism at all. If they're having a lunch break and can't do their jobs, they need to tell customers that they're closed for lunch, not make people wait while they casually eat and ignore you. It was a waste of my time and I will not be returning.

I was said 500 bucks for hair treatment on call and when I visited the rate chart also had the same written but then the owner comes and says that I have to pay 1000 bucks since I had the budget. This is utterly unprofessional and harassing the customer.

I am very happy with their all services... Great care. Stuffs are very humble... The owner of this parlour is very nice, understanding and cooperative... I'll suggest everyone to pay a visit in this parlour

Very poor service, the girls don't know proper work. They tell over phone various packages with attractive prices but when you actually go and do the work they do not give the desired service. It is a complete fake salon, eith cheating tendency to their customers. Even the girls keep on talking unstoppingly about their family problems and the old lady keeps on shouting. It was my biggest mistake to go there. I thought in lockdown it is near my home , so I paid visit.
