Though this is not my first visit to Thrissur outlet, this time it was really awesome. Staffs were super friendly and we were the last customer went out of the outlet at night. Till then all the staffs including housekeeping came to us and danced with us. It was such a fun day for all of us. Definitely we will come again for such an enthusiastic team. Everything was nice. The service was awesome. Especially Ms. Christina took extra care and delivered some special dishes out of the menu. Will definitely visit again.

A good place to enjoy birthday parties. Wide variety of both main course items and desserts. The barbeque items provided were also good.

First time experiencing BBQ Nation. Service was excellent when we got there, but become slow once place got crowded. Arun Kumar really accomodated our special request especially with food alergy. He continuously checked with us and stayed on top of service. Wait staffs were fast and pleasent to bring bbq and other iyems to table per our requests. All BBQ appetizers were cooked right and fresh. Main course buffet spread was nothing special or outstanding. I hope management look into this and improve quality there. Overall good food with excellent service. Reducing one star for main cource buffet items.

This is not the first time am visiting here. The food especially the starters were awesome. But when its coming to main course its not that much worthy when the last time I visited here(on 29th Dec 2021). And the service to the table was also bit poor. I have ordered for butter nan and it never came to my table i have remembered the people around there but it never came i was very disappointed and when i asked for some hot water it came after long waiting. The ambience was good but i felt like they could add some child friendly chairs or something so that families with children can be a bit more comfortable. I don't recommend families with children to visit here.

Really recommend all to try it atleast once...I tried and enjoyed it..their starters are the major highlight especially the prawns.and the potato wedges...and of course chicken... Rest courses too are nice..but in terms of taste the starters are just above the level!! Main course taste levels are normal nothing wow... We had biriyani and it just a normal pain biriyani..nothing spcl... desserts too are good just like starters Staffs are very cooperative kind and well behaved... It's a good place to go once in a while ...
