Staff were polite..Variety was less as compared to other Barbeque Nation.Desert too had very less variety. Service was very slow.Almost cost us 1 hours. Staff was helpful. Main course lacks taste and also non veg item containers were empty mostly.

I just loved being here for more than 2 hours, it was fun and the dishes were differently cooked like extraordinary, amazing and tasty. I need to talk about the staffs here, the way they serve food makes you eat more, they also made us visit the kitchen and showed us how and where the delicious foods are cooked, we met the chef too plus i need to mention the dance section by the staffs over there it was so fun, altogether my experience was 5star.

Must Go for a Barbecue From starters to desserts, every dish at Barbeque nation is special. There's are both vegetarian/non-vegetarian options. We were charged 2000/- for 3 people (we chose non veg option) 600 x 3 = 1800 + GST We felt that the price was justified. Everything thing except Prawns was tasty fresh, tasty & well cooked. Prawns didn't taste too good. Talking about the staff, everyone from the waiter to the manger was courteous and respectful. So I'll give 5 stars for hospitality. To sum up, it's worth having a Barbecue at BBQ Nation

Needs more choices in beer , only Corona and one strong beer was available , Snacks need little more work ,Food was good , especially mutton was very tasty , bathroom should be more cleaner as this place is known for Brand .

In Short - Great Service Average Taste . Decided to try barbeque nation after hearing a lot of buzz about it and got mixed feeling . Avinash working at Barbeques jhansi outlet gives ideal example of customer service, was very courteous with us even acknowledged our complaints regarding taste but could only managed to tweak around with spices.We owe so much to spices there amount is questioned whenever we don't like taste of food . I was delighted by desserts ,gulab jamuns were the best i had tasted so far . Variety of food was very good .Main course and starters were mediocre . Specially have complaints regarding Starters even non- vegetarian's were left poker-faced after having there starters .But loved the way Avinash addressed us would like to see him getting appreciated .Such dedication is rare.

Best place to enjoy with your love one complete elaborate multi cuisine barbeque true to its name it will not disappoint you and service is great lot of options to choose from. Just a suggestion that it should add drinks in the price and not should be served separately bcoz when we pay a good amount we accept atleas not ultimate but 1 glass each Rest it a good place to go with kids and enjoy your day

A must to go place in Jhansi. Hospitality Provided by Kailash is Superb. Veg options are pretty good over here compare to other locations BBQ. They can also provide you without onion-garlic options as well upon ur demand. Dance performance by the group is eye catchy. Lots of parking space is available. Overall a perfect place for family and friends visit in Jhansi. Recommended.

Nice ambiance, Excellent staff,service is good but food side needs improvement. Liquor is also available, I ordered 4 cocktail and all were excellent.
