Located too far from the city center. Making online booking makes no difference. Had requested for a birthday song which never happened. Kulfi counter was closed. Had to wait for the cutlery for ages till they got it washed. Limited veg options for the price they charge. Service can be improved by leaps and bounds though the staff are courteous Parking your car is a menace No complimentary drinks as mentioned on the table leaflet

Loved everything about this place. The staff was super friendly and very nice. The manager came to our table 3-4 times. Now about the food, loved the variety in starters, my personal favorites were the chicken kebab, chicken leg and also the prawns were very fresh. Overall I loved the place, it's perfect for friends or family get togethers. The only thing I would want them to add is chicken dumplings.

Great ambiance..... Service is brilliant... Everyone is humble... They serve you very well. Food is good. Something's were outstanding but few were not upto the mark.. They have a variety of drinks also... 1 complimentary drink is given to everyone... Main course is good but after getting filled on starters, its hard to enjoy the main course... Desserts were ok ok. Daal halwa and ferni were outstanding.......

First branch of BN. Good service. preparation is good. not comparable to Delhi NCR branch, but still worth it. Good service by staff. seating is comfortable.I attended a family function here and very well managed and organised. Lot of people came for celebrating their birthday parties.

Very friendly staff. Amazing food and hospitality.Eat till your tummy gets full. Starter were fantastic. Main course was amazing and yummy except Chicken curry. Can provide some drinks with buffet. Cozy and a charming place

Lively place . Ambience and service was also good. Staff was very friendly and humble. But the quality of food was not that good as compared to the prices. I had tried veg buffet and starters but didn't like the meal and desserts. I don't know about the non veg food items but the veg were not good. Even the desserts were not looking fresh and so was the taste. Mocktails I ordered were extremely sweet. 3-4 times I added citrus juice to make it drinkable. Mocktails were not included in the buffet so you will have to pay extra.
