While I had a perfectly fine dinner here with excellent service and a fantastic view, I can't say that I'd rush back for the food. It was all very competently prepared, just not fantastic. We shared the starter platter which was nice to taste many things, and came with awesome dark bread. The mains were fine.

Good family restaurant in city. Neat and clean. They have very nice and active serving staff. I visited first time in this restaurant.I found little hard to find entrance of this place though I am local resident of Jalandhar. There was plenty of options in Non Veg food but limited options in vegetarian food.They need to add more starters in Veg. This restaurant is located on second floor of the building so they needs to put direction signs in road.

I'd like to share my recent experience at Barbeque Nation in Model Town, Jalandhar City, which unfortunately was quite disappointing. Initially, they provided good service for the first 5-10 minutes of the buffet, but afterward, no one attended to us. Despite expressing my concerns to the staff, they mentioned a shortage of personnel. Requesting table cleanup yielded no response. I couldn't locate the Barbecue manager, leaving me with no choice but to contact the head office to file a complaint about the poor customer service. Following the call, someone attended to us, but the issue persisted, and we faced another 10-15 minutes of neglect. This encounter was truly unsatisfactory, and I urge them to enhance their service for a more positive customer experience. The service was truly not worth of the payment we made. I sent an email you on the November 14th but I didn't receive any revert. Thank you.

Great hospitality. Been to barbeque nation in Delhi before where they dont do table service like here. First they bring the grill out n gol-gappa to start. Give ur preferences for snacks like paneer tikka, pineapple tikka, soya chaap. U get wat u request for. Second tell them if there is any special occasion u r celebrating such that u get special birthday wishes or anniversary wishes. Third is that u can get drinks of ur choice from huge collection of hard liquor n cocktails ( mind it they charge drinks as regular cost) You will get 1 complementary beer pint per head. 2nd pint will be chargeable. This particular barbeque did not serve enough options for non veg. The overall taste was good but the ambience was not good as compared to other barbeque outlets. Location - 4/5 Ambience - 3/5 Hygiene - 3/5 Food - 3.5/5 Staff - 4/5 Price - 3/5 Barbeque lovers won't be disappointed
