Good place with peaceful ambience.. coming to the food, there were various kinds of starters which were too yum and delicious desserts! I would say main course is average but the service was good and friendly they understand our requirements and would serve what we ask for Live kitchen is has only two recipes.. They provide complimentary cake for birthdays, but the cake was filled with cream and was not good.. Overall: if you are looking for bday parties or office hangouts then I would suggest this place but I felt non-veg options are very limited here and was more with dessert and salads. Also the lift is very small which can accommodate only 4 at once.
Service is good.. Location is good.. Starters are asusual like other branches... Main course is bad.. Live kitchen is worst with only two recipes.. If you want to be free from CROWD and COST....this is best branch in hyderabad... ITS PRICES ARE LESS COMPARED TO ALL OTHER BRANCHES BOOKING THROUGH EAZY DINNER MAKES IT MORE CHEAPER...MARK MY WORDS...
One of the worst branches of the Barbecue Nation. Charging high prices for the Simple menu with regular items. There are no varieties in this branch. When it comes food , tastes ok & it's not hot(when we were at 2pm). Except services & ambiance everything was disappointed. When We were going back down in lift, it got stucked in the middle, we were in lift for 15mins. Be careful while using the lift & some of the floors of this building are under construction.
Unfortunately, it is indeed one of the worst branches of Barbeque Nation. 1. The valet person is not in one place. Making it difficult to find them as well as struggle to park your vehicle. 2. Building is horrible in terms of maintenance. Consider yourself lucky if you don't get stuck in lift. It's like very small with zero maintenance. 3. Coming to Restaurant ambiance, it's descent good. Now comes the tricky part. Be prepared to get suffocated in low AC while you are having food. We tried telling multiple times to Staff about AC, but poor guys, what can they do. Literally, we ran away as soon as we could. 4. Now about food. I will rate a 2/5 for all items, including Veg and Non Veg. Just below average cooking. They better hire a good chef if they are looking for better customer service. Only best thing in entire visit was Shahid and Milan. The two best guys who were at least constantly checking with us on whether we got our food in time or not. Hence, only for their service i have given service 5/5. Probably if you get a better experience and good food, I must say you are lucky indeed.
Good place to spend time with family and friends Food is good but need to be some more spicy Staff are very good service is excellent every one behaviour is so soft and approach is very friendly. Everything is nice. Ambience, food, service, parking except for the price. This is expensive. Double the price. Good hospitality must include a friendly budget as well. We were assigned person named Raj and he took good care of the table. Ensured we tried all the varieties and especially made sure the kids enjoyed the meal.
Servers are nice well server just love this place server called das is soo friendly person and it's so foodie place
The food was not bad, not everything was perfect, some of the dishes were salty. Overall it was an ok experience for us but, special mention to the staff they were outstanding with their response time. I would have given a 5 star if the food was upto the mark.
Rakesh and Aslam were really patient and courteous. Ended up purchasing more than expected because of the designs available and service of the staff at the Secunderabad store.
