Barbeque Campfire - Barbecue restaurant in Ranchi - Ranchi, India

Very poor service and be ready for not experiencing the concept of live buffet. The starter service was delayed but was still pretty ok. Many items in the menu were cut by pen because they were not available. Some were not cut but were not served. This was still acceptable. But as the main course was asked they didn't lay it on Chafing dishes instead provided it as a la carte. That was also accepted since there were no other guests. But will you accept that one dish is served and after 10 mins they bring roti. Now Roti and Paneer are kept on the table and you have to wait further for other dishes. Seriously a waste of money.

My 1st visit to this place and it has been a horrible experience. On arrival around 9ish, we saw 3 tables occupied but empty chafing dishes, so we asked the lady if they are serving. When she said yes, only then we took our table but it was a disaster. We could feel that something is surely amiss after we started. The spread was not laid out till 9.45pm and on enquiring, we were told that they didnot have bookings hence the main course is not ready. The soups were not ready even till the time we left. As for salad, we were given 5pcs of cucumber, carrot and onion and that too when we asked for. When we asked for other salads, they said they just have fruit salad - watermelon amd papaya. So this clearly means, either we wait for them to lay the spread or we just have what is served. We had whatever the service folks could manage but then we realised it was wastage of our time. We asked for bill and got shock of our life. They charged us INR 999 + taxes for 2 and INR 399 + taxes for the kid (they had mentioned it when we entered and we were fine with it). We asked them to justify the bill amount and here comes the twist! For them, we were served everything (ps - 60% of the dishes were not even ready). Then comes the manager and so did his baseless justification for not keeping the spead as that the food gets dried (PS - he has worked for 5 years in Barbeque Nation in Delhi/Mumbai). Very difficult to buy his justification. Well, two different versions for spread not being ready in span of few minutes. They did waive the amount for the child later after we kept asking them to justify if they had served us whatever was in the menu. They kept pressuring us to take parcel, which we denied again and again. The service folks tried their best to give us good experience hence 3 stars for them. Have shared pictures of empty dishes for rest to know what not to expect at this place. AN ABSOLUTE NO NO TO THIS PLACE!

It was a horrible experience at Ranchi centre. Took my family for the 1st time to have an experience of BBQ, but it was ruined by the poor management of the BBQ company. Food was not ready, main course was not there. They served us rotten pineapple, chicken was dry and sometimes raw also. Food quality was very poor. Later, they didn't accept the payment from eazydinner.

What an ambient place.... Beautiful interiors, fabulous food, hospitable and cordial staff!! We were served by Mr TINKU (ttiNkuu), he was really polite, moreover he makes sure his customers enjoy a pleasant time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.. Overall good experience. Looking forward to another amazing buffet.

We were tired of BBQ Nation and AB's Barbeque, hence, we gave this restaurant a try and to our surprise, everything went really well. The variety of food and taste were extraordinarily great. The staff is responsive and are polite. It's a good place to celebrate a small family function like birthday or anniversary. They have underground as well as open parking.

TASTE - 3.3/ 5 Starter - 3.5 / 5 Main course - 3 / 5 Desert - 3.5 / 5 The food which we tried was good , starter was tasty , live counter items needs some improvement . The main course options was limited and taste wise average, dessert items were good. AMBIENCE - 3.5 / 5 Ambience was good , decoration was new in comparison to others. Price and Service - 3 / 5 According to the price it's not that worth. The items are limited and not that yummy. Service was decent , you can customize what you want but it needs improvement.

The only fine dining buffet experience in Ranchi! The decor is so classy and the vibe & ambience is fantastic!! They have a full fledged buffet menu, serving almost 40-50 dishes, unlimited, at very reasonable prices! The produce is freshly prepared (not frozen), the food is made to perfection with amazing taste & quality and the service is so warm and cordial, that it will melt your heart. They also have live music, various artists coming in from different parts of the country and the music scene, in general, is super amazing! That makes this the perfect place to chill, while enjoying a lavish buffet meal! The BBQ Company undoubtedly becomes our favourite restaurant in Ranchi and we would highly recommend everyone to visit here! You'll definitely fall in love with the place!!

Taste was really decent . I would say the ambience was lovely as buffet are generally for people who will focus on the food. But here you gonna love the ambience ,a fine dine experience.
