This place is located at Narsinghpur Road Chhindwara. Very nice place to workout.You will get almost all the machine required to Train different body parts.One separate floor is dedicated for CrossFit.

The gym is quite clean and porch... There is also a seperate cabin for games like table tennis and air hockey...trainers are helpful ... Oil massages are provided time to time. Stretching is not provided by trainers daily

This is a multigym.The equipments are working properly. Wide range of exercise instruments. Good instructor.rooms are well managed.staffs are cooperative.

After true fitness gym overtook barbarian, the gym has become active and the workout pattern and diet has started shooting results. It is not always about the space , it is also about the behaviour and the results.

Best gym in city... but now being too crowded... gym management should do something to handle that rush but unfortunately they are busy in making money...
