BAR 51 - Bar in Panaji - North Goa, India

Lovely little bar in the by lanes near one of the most famous churches in Panjim. It's one the 1st floor and you've got to climb a narrow steep staircase to get there, it's easy to miss so keep an eye out for it. Once you enter inside, you'll find multiple smaller sections or rooms where you can find a table to sit down and relax. It's a very communal feel to it with people from other tables mingling with each other. There's also a narrow balcony section which has a few tables that can accommodate 2 each. We've been here a few times and noticed mostly local visitors and some international tourists. The beer cocktail (I forget the name) is a popular favourite here and is our regular order too. The bhindi kurkure and prawn wafers are favourite bar snacks here. We also tried the chicken poutine which is pretty good initially but then it gets too heavy to finish because it's so overloaded with butter. There was a spicy chicken thing we also tried which was really good All in all, would definitely recommend this place for some good music, a nice Vibe, good bar food and drinks.

Went there for drinks with friends. Drinks and the small bites were yummy. Had ordered fried chicken and fried bhendi. Poutine was not that great. I mean I've had it in 5 star restaurants and it isn't great so it's admirable that they attempted it. Open till late night and really good if you just want to chill and drink with your friends. The lighting is a bit dim.

Surprising find in the heart of Panjim, very close to the famous popular Church Square. Some local friends suggested the place. Has a great balcony space. Didnt spend much time, but cant remember if I've had French Fries this good in recent times. This is a great option in this area.

Must visit once! Place is artsy, gallery has a nice view makes u appreciate old goa. It has a creative vibe wnd music is good too. CTC is unquestionable order. Take all ur friends or go solo. Its amazing.

Must try the butter garlic chicken platter. It comes with fried rice and a side of fries. It's not on the menu so you gotta ask. Chicken shiroda is another amazing one. Very pocket friendly. Very polite Staff. Definitely a must visit when in Panjim, Goa.

As a newcomer to Panjim, this was my first experience exploring by myself. I really loved this place! I felt very comfortable and welcome and the service was great as well! I enjoyed the food and the prices were great value for money :)

Lovely bar for hanging out with friends & business associates. Dishes & drinks priced and well stocked bar! Parking not easily available in front of bar but paid parking available on church and garden square.

Nice bar but the price list is apparently wrong. We were told this by the bar man at the time but if they should be more, reprint the menu please Apparently the Budweiser is now 120 and KF Premium 100
