Very nice and well medically equipped hospital for every person. Cleanliness is good, supportive staff, spacious and ventilated hospital. They accept and implement our feedback. Appreciate if discharge process can take less time. We gave suggestions : change the name of cleaning staff from MASI to BAHEN. It sounds odd if any elder patient or relatives call Masi to younger cleaning staff.
The staff are so courteous and especially Dr.Arpita Prajapati and Dr. Shruti Agrawal are the best gynaecologists I have ever seen The charges are also very reasonable
5stars will not be enough. Got my treated for kidney stone with Dr. Ravi. A down to earth person, explained us all the procedure and gave us the expected cost as well (which was affordable). No hidden cost. Made me comfortable and ...More and Best surgeon I ever met. He is so kind, humble, caring and helpful in each and every way.... Surgery was so critical to perform but Dr Ravi Sir did great work.
I had c section delivery in this hospital and was smoothly successful complete by Dr. Kiran Maheshwari. She is an awasome gynecologist. Had a very great experience with her. Everything thing in this hospital is very systematic. Staff is very cooperative, helpful, humble, understanding and friendly. Overall experience in the hospital is good.
