The name of this hospital is good, but the service is very bad. Especially the service of TPA DESK is absolutely nonsense, the people of this department are not working seriously, after uploading incomplete documents in the process of caseless, if the approval is rejected, then the responsibility is put on the patient, It is a humble request Hospital administrator and responsible officer Doctors necessary to improve the service of this TPA desk especially, because this reduces the value of the entire hospital, and also tarnishes the name of BAPS organization.
I was here for pediatic doctor. Dr. Hiren Modi, Hospital is great, staff behavoir is great too. All are easily approachable, answers all our queries, provides enough informations, takes care of every single detail.
Curtains are too dirty Mosquitoes are so much in A/C Room Washroom Flush not working since 7 days Staffs are good enough to take care of patients but doctors are not having any idea what diesease I'm suffering from. They took out jaundice report it was negative then they took dengue report as it was also negative then they said it's because of viral infection & few hours later again they said it's seems to be jaundice not by medical condition but by our experience. Worst hospital I would never visit again. Charges are like 5 star but rooms are like local dhaba.
First time I have ever seen such type of hospital run by a religious charitable trust in terms of size, architecture, cleanliness, hygiene, spacious, safety, quick response to emergency patients, all type of in-house service like laboratory, sonography, Citi scan , MRI, MICU, ICU, etc...... patient is given food as per the doctor advise by in-house canteen.very well maintained canteen & good quality food for paient's relative at very reasonable rate. The more important is all this facilities are at very nominal rate . I strongly recommend for this hospital for any of your medical requirements.

Recently BAPS service have been degraded. Dr. Anand Modi (we used to consult him for dieabities) is careless doctor due to his careless ness my mother was admitted which also caused in paralysis attack. After discharge as well he is not prescripting proper medicine.
Pediatrics dr.hiren modi very fine polaytly he care kids and proper giude services food..many times spend kids treatment.....His very humble person...staff very co-operate.....
