It was lovely staying here. Very good location, lovely and polite staff behaviour. Service is very good . Family friendly , I would definitely recommend one who wants to stay in this location with his/her loved family . restaurant is also very good .
They charge huge amount for rooms but do not even provide regular drinking water to guests, you have to buy the mineral water in order to quench your thirst.. Highly unethical

The location of the property is not that great. The rooms are too small. There was table or chair in the room. Infact they cannot keep the chair and table in the room because it is too small. The breakfast is also not buffet so you don't have much option. Though the staff is good and courteous .
Don't get carried away by any negative remarks. Stayed during Durga puja, cost me around Rs1800. (Which is quite economical during puja days). Location - Hygiene - Hospitality everything was pulchritudinous.
This is best hotel for my experience. The staff was great and receptionist were very good and helpful and answered all question. The room was always clean. The room services was always on time.
