I had a gum issue and went there. The doctor advised me to take the in-house X Ray. Their X Ray staff was inefficient. They were having a manual X Ray machine. The first shot was out of focus. So she took another shot. Because of her inefficiency I was exposed to a radiation for which they did not bother. I had to pay for 2 shots. Now when I showed the shots to a local doctor here in Bangalore I understand that the second shot was also wrong. Their own doctor who interpreted did not tell this but prescribed a medicine. This casual approach is not acceptable. They should improve. Attaching the X Ray taken by them. They have a lot of unwanted staff. Their charges are too much. Just to fix the cap, which came off, they charged Rs 1000. For the same work the doctor in Bangalore just charged Rs 200.
