Worst Bank ever the staff is very rude they'll be busy in their work not responding to us properly they don't even silent what we say and then they will scold us only having there on mistake if we want to contact bank from a phone call the call we be busy also the staff will be talking to there own use. I request a gold loan they took my gold at morning only and even after 3:30 the money was not credited to my account and when I asked them they told that it is there own system people should adjust my account is 10yr yr old they should respond they old account holder properly but they are not doing that. The manager also same as the staff.. plz Bank of India change the staff of mandya branch or suggest they how to work
