Fifty meters away from College More. It's the only BOI branch in Saltlake Sector 5. Staffs are all very good and friendly. Most of all digital facilities are there just like autometic ticket vending machine, passbook printing kiosk and cash deposit kiosk etc. You can done every thing without asking anyone. ATM is not there. All most it is very helpful for all BOI customer in Sector 5.
It very pathetic service . I deposit amount then I have to visit 3times for the confirmation because the amount was not credited in my account. . when I talk to the 4th counter loan service lady was sitting for the assistant (may be she is assist manager) just beside the cash counter talked very rude in front of 20 persons... this is very pathetic & rediculaus. .. I just asked second time from her that is it confirmed that the amount has been credited her reply was.. I told you that it is . why are you asking same question.. in loud voice.... it is very shameless that bank is hiring this type of lady who don't know how to speak. .
Very nice behaviour and too much helpfull and friendly all the employee. Proud to be a part with the bank as this bank have this kind of branch. Not better but Best branch I have seen till now.
