Bank premise is good but employees are not customer friendly. Very poor service and they dont even talk well. For simple transactions it take hours here. Dont open account here

Senior employees are careless especially adm & service they never provide full information & instructions and always denied to give you the right path & what to do and how to do? After that, if some mistake happened they start arguing with you.

All the employees are so co operative have ever seen

Bank manager is never present to talk to neither the employees feel responsible for their own work and promises.

Worst bank in bhaga i have lost 6000 rs in boi atm in bhaga but not any reply bhaga branch any time manager not in own office

The behaviour of bank staff was very bad mostly the administration deptt and the bar code deptt.Rest of them are very gentle
