BOI nationalized bank so you cant expect much Service are super slow, staff not bothered about queues, sometime you will not get your answer quickly. If you say i want to close my account thy will handover closer form quickly Service & Management require lots of improvement

Worst Expeience with this bank. No staff is bothered to reply properly o their existing customers. I tried reaching bank cc no no body ans the calls .. I did email no reply of mail .. I visted branch no prope response. I lost my funds from atm fraud .. No body supported.
