The service is horrible. Always there is link failure issue,Even after being a customer of more than 12years no cooperation.Never provide special services or communicated atleast once A year for any product.careless igoistic staffs only.

Worst service by the employees. They have been harassing me to give my pension arrears since the last three months although the order from odisha government has been received by the bank n inspite of my several visits n requests to the chief manager.

Centrally located at Puri, Well organised.. Staff are fully Cooperative.. Special appreciation to present staff Mr Gopal Sahoo... Very Co operative and well mannered.. Wish the whole team huge success and prosperity ahead
