Worse worse staff ever . I went few days for close account but they keep saying come back tomorrow.not give any proper instructions.even so rude to customers even I can't give one star. Waited 5 hrs even I never waited in emergency that many hrs.. I give customers service 0 star.please stop opening your bank account here because it's hard to get back your money.

The security guard does not behave well and does not provide good customer service so please treat the customer well...i think bank of india should improve

Bank of india is bank located in sabarmati. This is very popular bank in sabarmati and major people have thier accounts in this bank. Some staff is good and some are not. This is people reach place and major times you have to stay in queue to get your service. This bank has locker facility too. Over all good bank!

No one can pick up calls or no any reply give on phone.. If there is some issues or problem happens their customers so no any type of telecommunication available.

Everyday this bank having lot of customers who want to solve their problems and there is no enough staff to handle this customers. Behaviour of every staff members with customer is not good

There is a very long queue every time in atm and cash deposit counter. Parking lot is provided so no traffic problem is there.
