Only option to contact this branch is physical visit. No one respond to email or their number doesn't work. Trying to obtain my original homeloan document for more than a year, visited many times. But everytime the response like we will get from.main branch and let you know. Seriously fed up with this branch. Better choose other bank.
Our cooperative housing society is having account in this bank. for construction of house we use this account for our deposit s & payment to builder. every time during withdrawal / payment to builder we are harassed endlessly. our 3 signatories have submitted kyc thrice but the banks lose the documents frequently. the staff are unwilling & non cooperative , we are disappointed. we may close this account soon due to repeated harassment. Good banking service, staffs are helpful. Waiting period is less. Though I am not satisfied with their way of online banking registration process. They are not user friendly.
Good bank. There is a ATM also adjacent to the branch. Location of the bank is helpful to park your car, as it is located beside a road which is not busy enough.
Location wise good. Staffs are good and polite. The lady manager is not so knowledgeable, for that you have to fwce problem at some time.
