Absolutely worst banking experience with BOB at this location. They play tagging game with each other's windows, instead of helping their customers they choose to make banking difficult.
Sarthana branch manager also behaves like a clerk. I transferred my Navyug branch account to Sarthana branch due to change of my residence on may 27.Then the money of the lone in my account was to be withdrawn but both the staff there and the manager said that your old check book has been destroyed by the bank, then you have to apply for a new one. I accepted it and as he said I was ready. And even though I desperately needed the money, they didn't give me even a single loose check. Then I applied the check book by bob application on June 8 in the presence of the bob staff there. But till today 30th June check book is not found despite taking follow up 3 to 4 times. And now the bank staff is saying that your check book has not been issued and you have to apply again. The manager is also not ready to listen anything and replies that I can't do anything about it and I have no knowledge of such a thing.
Bed service..all staff rude behaviour.... don't open any type of account here... sarthana Jakatnaka branch service not good
It is very sad to say that public banks, which are supposed to be there to assist the general public, have given them so much trouble. Here, Your questions are not answered satisfactorily. It took 4 months just to initiate my BOb World app, which normally takes 2 minutes and ATM request that was pending for four months
Very bad services, and i noticed they are always try to convince customers to change their account to another branch . I have fill up form for change addres before 5 days but not yet done .
Very bad service. Very rude behavior of staff especially the older ones. Not giving any proper answers. Very slow work. Even the ATMs are also same. Not having enough money. Always out of service. Not recommended. Requires lots of improvement. Even Baroda gramin bank in deepkamal 1 is way better than them.
Very bad services. All staff of bank is uneducated about their own bank. When I gone for account opening appointment, they are says that we don't know about this. They are calling and give me appointment and when we go to branch they are rejected us.
Very bad staff response, misbehaving, i asked for account statement and they said we cannot provide statement. Ther internet banking and ATM's also keeps crashing all the time, If the bank itself can't provide our account statement then where should we get it from "Amul Parlors"?
