A very important brach of Post Office for not only Bangur Avenue, but also Laketown, Baguiati and Kestopur. Service should be increased and improved to handle customer pressure better.

Very poor service. No mobile number for contacting the post office. Landline number given but doesn't work as no one picks up phone. My Speed Post not yet delivered. Tweet sent was forwarded to them by India Post but no one gives response to it.

Employees is good.Service is little good because there is no fully update system is compared to Bank.The old is running in the post office. The main problem is facing by senior citizens and others day by day .I want to request to the head of post office. First improve the technology in the system and New updates in the system.After then give services to the customer.

pathetic employees at the post office. worst behaviour. only aim is to harass people. a job which takes 15 mins, they will take 1 hour. the delivery boy was specially the most uneducated & unprofessional apart from another man. i wish i knew their names. pathetic pathetic pathetic experience while collecting my passport.

The only Post Office may be in the entire world that always gives one excuse to it's customers THERE'S NO LINK!!!!! It should be labelled as the only POST OFFICE in the world that is proud to still wear this crown for the entire year while it's staff deals with customers like animals!!!!! They are not at all cooperative or helpful! !!!! The staffs refuse to guide the customers and refuse tto get this problem solved!!!! Even the authorities do nothing to get this problem solved! Useless Post office with useless staffs!

Very very bad service and very bad behaviour of persons at the branch and no one to answerable over there.They are making senior citizens wait for half an hour outside post office in hot sun.They don't have any humanity left on them.They don't care at all about senior citizens.

There is no one to help for aadhaar card changes. It is considered as one of the permanent centers for aadhaar updation.
