WORST SERVICE, they never care customers safety. When I traveled from kukke to Bangalore the vehicle was under repair, I asked to travel owner, he said that is not my fault its driver fault, I'm not responsible that and asked extra money to arrange other vehicle. Also collected extra money with 3 hours late to reach our destination.
It's an historical place..looking awesome..maitained well..but the audio service can be improved a bit..devices were going out of charge..headphones were not working properly.

We have taken 2 trips with MRN tours and travels so far. The first one was to Ooty where Manjunath was assigned to us as travel partner. We had a great time. Pick and drop was timely. Manjunath is a very modest person, who was very helpful throughout the trip. We liked our 1st experience and that was the reason we approached MRN for our 2nd trip to Shivanasamudra. Manjunath was not available but he arranged for another travel guide - Manju. Manju too did a great job and we really enjoyed our 2nd trip too. I would fully recommend MRN to everyone and will consider them for my future travel plans too.
