This toll booth has to be crossed whenever travelling towards Tumakuru. However, in recent years, the toll booth has been through a state of disrepair. The road through the toll booth is battered with numerous potholes which makes the experience worse. Also, the toll booth is a hotspot for traffic jams due to the I crease in the number of travellers. Hope the toll booth undergoes some renovations to make the experience better.
They ask for toll even if you don't take the elevated corridor. Be careful and take the service road around 8th mile circle if travelling via tumkur road to avoid having to pay till or coming all the way back to 8th mile to take the service road.
Near nelamangal toll booth ,there is fasttag recharge available morning 9am to 6pm ...and they will provide new fastag sticker also , u all need to take proper documents , ur fastag will be activated with in 20 min , if u go through bank it will take 1weak . Once u go there they will reffer the documents and activate, u will get a otp to ur Mobile number so that u can create ur own password and recharge urself online . Documents required ( vehicle rc) I'd proof , better to go with the vehicle owner ... vehicle is not necessary if the owner would be with there own documents and mobile number , If u take ur vehicle well and good they will only fix the sticker and guide u how it will work , others wise u can check the video on utube , it's worth to put fastag sticker for regular outside going vehicles , for 1day journey who will return with in 24hrs they will get 20 to 50% off with there toll charges ...
At outskirts of Bangalore and end point of Metro. Usually bit crowded place. From Bangalore this heads out on to NH 4. Usual meet point of bikers heading out on a ride. Has a weigh bridge too here.
Worstly crowded place i hate to come here at night coz it's better to go in service road on sunday night rather than going here i don't have photos of night but have photos of sunday morning
They are deducing with out vehicle pass in the toll fraud toll I gad given complaint to the HDFC fast tag coustmer care they are also not responding
