If you are placing these posters and notices, there has to be something that needs correction. Please don't overbook appointments, and make people wait for hours. Everything else was fine.

This place doesn't deserve the bad rating. We visited here for anomaly scan and fetal echo with prior appointment. The seats are quite comfortable not as bad as explained in some reviews. Our appointment was pushed from 12pm to 1.30 pm and this was conveyed well in advance. The reception and nursing staff are also helpful. This rating I have given mainly because of the doctor here Dr Pratima mam. She deserves it for being so supportive and explaining everything so nicely to the new parents. Apart from that, some delays in the reports and procedures in hospital are always expected. Edited review - Visited again for growth scan here. My experience was not that good this time. The scan was started by interns as usual. They asked me for previous blood reports which were in my mobile. When I moved a little to get the mobile they were very rude and shouted on me to not move. This kind of behavior is not at all acceptable as they take lots of money compared to other places. Also the main doctor was busy in some other procedure so I had to wait for her inside scan room for almost 30 minutes. The senior doctor was better behaved and informed everything properly. Would suggest people to think and decide before going here. This place was suggested by my doctor hence I had gone.

Not sure why this place has been given bad ratings, but by personal experience I found this center hygienic, well maintained and has experienced doctors and staff. Yes it does involve some wait time, but nothing so uncommon.

my doctor suggested BMFC because I was not getting slot in my area hospital for detailed anamoly scan. when I read reviews in Google I was so scared and nervous. I was in dilema whether to go to this place or not. Then my husband just told me one thing that not to judge by negative reviews because everyone expectations and experience will be different. So after that I went to BMFC yesterday that is on 14 October 2023 and i must say it was really a pleasant experience. I met Dr. Jagriti,Dr. Nithya and one more doctor sorry i forgot her name they were so humble and they explained each and every thing.also they were very supportive, With in 2 hours my scan was completed and even they gave my report early. M definitely gonna refer to my friends as well. I don't think BMFC should deserve 2.2 Star. Don't judge by Negative reviews.

Had a memorable experience at BFMC. Everyone is friendly, kind and caring. Dr Srilakshmi and Dr Nithya who performed the preliminary examinations were extremely gentle and supportive. Dr Prathima Radhakrishnan came in with a beaming smile and so much positivity. Very professional and exceptional in her handling of the scan and so personal in her communication. This makes such a huge difference! The staff at the reception deal with so many patients a day and are still smiling and soft spoken. The entire experience was very gratifying. Definitely recommend BFMC!

Initially, we were a little nervous after reading so many poor reviews. But I am happy to say we had a seamless and extremely pleasant experience. BFMC came to us highly recommended by our doctor who said they are the best at what they do. The team was extremely caring and supportive of my wife's comfort. Dr. Prathima took the time to make us feel comfortable and deeply involved in understanding the procedure and scan. She shared our joy and astonishment and that was a really lovely feeling. The informative video feed in the waiting area was also helpful. Today, when the practice is medicine has become impersonal, it was truly a breath of fresh air to spend the morning at BFMC with the team. A number of reviews here address the long waiting time. We experienced the same but we did not mind it because we understood it as an integral part of the thorough scanning process. We brought along some healthy eats and that kept us cheerful.

Money minded, cheating, scans are not accurate, charges are 3 times higher than outside... Chain of doctors try to emotionally grab as much money as possible saying baby is abnormal and need to do, a few more tests like fish etc and provide a huge bill of 50k plus. If you do the same scan outside, you will know the truth. If you are going for a scan on weekdays, better apply a leave. Waiting time is like hell... Note: If they say, your baby is abnormal, please get out of that place and do the same scans elsewhere, you will know the truth.

Dr. Prathima mam is highly experienced and incredibly knowledgeable. More than that she is so humble and compassionate. 8 years back when I had a anomalous fetus she gave me moral support. Not only that myself being a pediatrician, I could see how nicely she performed chorionic villus sampling on my fetus with no pain or complications . For today I have a healthy child with me and I can tell she is one of the reason for that. She guided me through out and she kept motivating me. For all the pregnant woman I would highly suggest Dr. Prathima mam especially if you are a high risk . Thank you so much mam.
