I have used there services recently for my guest. the car has reached on time and the driver was very polite and my guest was satisfied with the trip.

Lots of greenery in the city with huge traffic. Bad experience with one travel agent for one day Banglore tour. They are making fools of us by visiting some shopping areas with high cost and forcing us to do shopping.

I really try not to leave unfavorable reviews unless it is truly warranted. This time it was. I am here in Bangalore to support a family member receiving medical care, so, this is not really a vacation for me. I thought it would be nice to have a tour of the city while here. I called and booked with Bangalore City Tour. The owner was very responsive. I was provided the information regarding the driver and what time to be ready. The driver arrived on time. Here is where the problems began. We got in the car and the driver says "Where are you going Madam?" I said the Bangalore City Tour?? It went down hill from there. Apparently, Bangalore City Tours, subcontracts to other companies. The driver was just that - A driver... Not a tour guide. We were driven around the city, and I had to pay for the driver to park at each location. We also had to pay our own entry fee to every place we visited. There was limited information provided, as the driver spoke " working English". After a while, we just became so disappointed with the lack of information, we cut the "tour" short. This was in NOWAY a tour of the city. It was a driver taking us place to place, just like a taxi would. Getting back to the hotel was challenging because the driver was lost several times. Being in the back of a little car, the fumes, the bumpy road and traffic were making me car sick. The traffic is crazy in Bangalore and it took 45 mins to get back to the hotel. When we finally arrived back to the hotel, we gave the driver a substantial tip. Now, please note, the "tour" was paid online in full. The driver texts me back to say I did not pay enough for the tour and we owe him additional money. WTH??? I began chatting with the owner, who stated he would get this corrected. I went back and forth several times with the driver. He continued to call and message me. I finally asked the Skytours owner to please take care of this. The owner knew I was not happy. He offered additional discounted tours with an English speaking tour guide. Uhh - No Thanks!!! I am done with this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. This was definitely not the experience I had hoped for.
