This place is run by Dhruv and his wife. They both are very pleasant individuals. Dhruv is technically strong professional in the field of aquatics and aquascaping. I had contacted him first for helping my freind's aquarium repair which had started leaking from one side. He not only fixed it well but also helped him setup the entire tank as a Cichlid setup. I wanted to move my tank from my previous apartment to this one and Dhruv and his team helped with the same. After moving, we had to alter the size of the tank to fit the new design which also they did and finally helped me setup a lovely full planted tank. He has called me every week to provide me the needed advice and visited a few times to perform the required maintenance. His prices and fees are reasonable and my tank is looking awesome now.

Unprofessional people. I saw the reviews and contacted them on phone. After confirmation only I went there. The aquarium was closed. I called multiple times but no-one picked the call. I waited for 30mins outside the aquarium and finally left. They waisted my time and energy. PLEASE DON'T GO BY OLDER REVIEWS.

Dhruv is a thoroughbred professional. I had contacted him first when I was literally waging war with my Aquarium. Because no matter how many times I changed the water, it was steady at a pH of 8.4 and a TDS of >700. And I was using Bisleri RO water with a consistent TDS of 45-60 and a pH of 6.2-6.5. He advised me on how to improve my filtration, taught me the basic principles of the water cycle, and how to reduce pH (my Arowana needs a pH of 5.8-6.4), reduce ammonia and improve water clarity - this was before I bought even one paisa worth of products or services from him. Since then, I the aquarium pH and Ammonia levels are super-stable, and I have changed the water only because I felt a little weird that I am not spending any money on Belgabad, my Red Tailed Golden Arowana. In addition, he gave me advice on how to feed my Arowana and got me mealworms, bloodworms, and superworms at unbelievably low prices when compared to the market. During the last cyclone season in Bangalore, I was without power for almost 40 hours and my inverter ran out. I tried calling Dhruv at 2:00 AM and he responded immediately with suggestions on the aeration of the water, and how to manage it till the power was restored. That is his commitment to customers and I sincerely appreciate his knowledge and dedication to fishkeeping. Also, since I am with a 1 metre long tank and an arowana that'll grow to 2'6", I have asked him to build me a tank for his adult-stage and as expected, his quote for a tank, complete with filtration and equipment is hovering around the 28-33% mark of comparable tanks from other vendors and branded ones. If you want the best for your fish, whether it is the fish itself, the tank, food, medicines, cleaning or filtration, Dhruv is the person to go to because of his incomparable quality and literally dirt-cheap prices.
