I was shocked to see an excellent Gym in the open and that too with a lot of space in the middle of Bandra. All the equipments and the internal gym house gave a vintage look.
Working out in an open environment with a lot of space is a different experience all together.

It's a rare outdoor gym with a rustic feel , has some equipment which is good and some equipment which is not in good and old . It's a budget gym but the outdoor aspect is something I highly recommend .

This gym is popularly known as "bhaiya" gym. Don't consider this as a cheap gym as such. Yes it doesn't have the fancy equipment like Gold's Gym but it provides you with all the equipment you need to remain fit. The cost is around 3500 for the open gym and 5200 for a proper room one for 5 months. It's really affordable to most of the people. Unlike other gyms you get a very good trainer for around 2k a month. Well this gym keeps their aim to keep India fit by not burning a hole in their pocket.
I have been doing workout in BPCA gym from last 2 years almost and it was amazing, I never felt any difficulty about equipments, I did my transformation successfully and last I just want to say old gym is better than new one.
If your sole purpose is to workout irrespective of anything else, then this place is made for you. Crude rusted weights, helpful members and a huge assortment of machines make this place your gym bros' wet dream. It does get crowded especially after 7.30pm but that's a given considering the fee and what's offered in return.
PS. It's an open air gym.
Has equipments but is very crowded in the evening.also the 4 monthly cost of using inside room is 5500 and outside is 4400 . The equipments are a little rusty. It has both morning and evening batch. There are general trainers but no private trainers. It is not available for ladies. But they are planning to create a different section for ladies
