Its one of the dry forest and tiger reserve.
Bandipur is very awesome palce for bike ride.
We need to reach bandipur by morning 6 am then only we can see w8ld animals like elephant, tiger,deer, beer, wild buffalo and many many....
We can enjoy lot in this route also we need to maintain speed there below 40km/h. Someone will be there for watching our activities. Also we cannot get down from vehicles inside the forest....
It will be closed 9pm to 6am as it is a tiger reserve.
Good roads and non polluted Forest roads. When ever you going there please make sure you are not messing nature. U can see deers , peacocks , pigs, birds n elephants too. It's a 45 mis not stop road. So make sure you have fuel and water with you.
One of the must visit the place. This is one of the forests you have to cross when you are going to Ooty or Kerala. There are two check posts are there in the forest. Only during the daytime, you can go through by this forest. Night time forest officers won't allow going inside the forest.

6. Afternoon you won't find animals across the roads.

Bandipur forest entry check post. This is a tiger reserve forest. Also this forest has deers, wild boars,bison,elephant, monkeys, peacocks, etc. The road inside forest is calm and we can spot deers and elephants. We have a jungle safari too. The entry timings to forest road in from 7 AM to 8 PM only. The road will be closed during night time. Many resorts are available near by.
Not a dense forest. On the way, you would only get to see Deers, Elephant, Wild boar, Peacock & Monkeys etc...
