From Bad to Worst. In the beginning days bandhi briyani was one of the best briyani in Vellore. As time passed on the taste became hectic. Even the small road side shops serve better briyani than this Taste has become very poor and they need to improve a lot
First, they dont use jeera rice, but they labelled it... They use bullet rice which resembles like jeera rice. Second, mutton is of not good quality. One of the pieces was hard and dosent looks like mutton, looks like they are mixing. Bill given to me was not freshly printed, kckkaannnmaatri irutaattu. So bills are getting routed to customer again and again for those who dine in.
Tried chicken biriyani and tava fish fry. The biriyani seems ok but the chicken was over cooked. The staff was polite and well behaved. The ambience can improved.
Used to dine in here whenever visiting Vellore. Tasty biriyani made using seeraga samba rice. Spacious dining hall, airconditioned family room too. Good ambience, mostly during the afternoon and dinner served here. Mutton, Chicken biriyani, all other non vegetarian food are so famous here. Do taste the food, it was highly rated in food aggregator as well dine in customers.
Normal briyani taste not so distinct But if you want some decent briyani in a decent spot should definitely try it
