Very bad experience the ac is not working properly... we paying extra chargers for ac room but the ac is not cold ... and very dirty bed and rooms and room service is also very bad no one comes to check the ac or change the room .... There are no phone for calling room service ... never go to this place

Since it is a peak tourist season getting a hotel is difficult if you don't have a pre-booked room and this leads to surge in prices. I got a double bed AC room for Rs1600 after a lot of search in a narrow street around half a kilometre away from main road. Room was not clean, luckily AC was working fine but washroom was the main problem, it has a western commode but without a hand faucet or a jet.
The thing I liked most about the Bandhan guest house was best amenities they were fast and simple they even give limited offers. plus zero cancellation charges and there services were fast 24x7customer service.
Not satisfied....... They don't provide ful facility to the customer. Cleaning service is not well. Cleanliness is missing. I'm not going to stay there.
NICE GUEST HOUSE IN SILIGURI. THE ROOMS AND SERVICES ARE SUPER PREMIUM, YET THE CHARGES ARE LOT CHEAPER THAN THE SAME STANDARD HOTELS/GUEST HOUSES NEARBY.
