Beautiful stay. I stayed with my family in Earth rooms, the rooms are absolutely fabulous, huge. The coolness in it gave off a different vibe altogether and the airspace was just perfect. The staff's hospitality reached out to us efficiently and they would reach out to us on time for our meals or any other need for that matter. The location of the place in itself was all the sightseeing you could want. The resort had many amenities to enjoy the essence of nature. They give guided treks to the tea garden, the stream, the view point and they are a must to do. Coming to the food, the food was extravagantly tasty. You could give me the same meal 10 times in a row and I would still eat it because it is made by the chef of BHR. They were always available for us and we personally had the best time. It is an extravagant place, especially the food. Thank you BHR, for this experience. Felt like home.

Very good place for a weekend get away. Very friendly staff. Inside the resort you have couple of view points and a tea estate along with the stream where you can dip your leg and play in the water which was very relaxing. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Mahesh and unnikrishna treated us very well. Even the other staff. They have a bakery and fresh cookies are served in Complimentary tea. They even baked cake for us on request. It was very tasty. Without even telling, they decorated the dinner table with baloons,candles, flowers and reserved the entire restaurant only for us for the romantic dinner. Must visit place if you are looking for a place to chill with great service..

Great place to stay. Food was good too. Little secluded from city areas which is a good thing for a lot of people who loves peaceful quiet environment

Had an amazing 5 star experience at the resort. The place was so beautiful with astonishing view. The guest service team is so relentless and proactive, very happy with them. You can spend quality time inside the resort itself with few trails and treks nearby with nice view. If you are having food from the resort then better place the order 1hr in advance. The only downside was the swimming pool was under maintenance when we went, and they can improve the indoor gaming room by providing some larger snooker table.

Decent place. Rooms are good, could have had more lighting. Liked the mud walls, clear difference in the room's atmosphere. service is excellent. Trails in and outside the resort are great. Swimming pool is very under-maintained. No signal at all. Wifi is very very bad - like really bad. But still will recommend the place to cut off, and chill.0

I tried calling u guys to inquire about availability for 10 rooms. The guy on the phone said send me an email else I can't book anything or share any information with you. Great way to treat someone who has taken the trouble to pick up the phone and call you guys. For an inquiry if this is your behavior god save those who travel. All the best

The resort's location is nothing short of spectacular; surrounded by lush greenery, misty mountains, and the serene waters of Banasura Dam, it offers a picture-perfect setting for those seeking tranquility and a break from the hustle and bustle of city life.

It was nice place with everything natural feeling. Lots of Bamboo and woodwork furniture. Gave an earthen feeling. The walls are all mud pasted. It's a big estate. Swimming pool, outdoor badminton court, swing, sea-saw, monkey climbing, etc. are there. A small tracking area is there to get to private view point. The mountains look so nearer from the entrance of the resort. It's breathtaking. A tea estate is also there. Food preparation is very good. They prepare fresh food for you so you have to tell them what you want to eat beforehand for lunch and dinner. Breakfast they have multiple options which they serve you. If you want a specific breakfast you can tell them before hand. Food was very tasty and much better than what we get outside in restaurants. The people were very courteous and wished whenever they see you. They even arranged for an electric charging option for our electric car. The individual rooms also are beautifully designed. Hot water is available all the time in wash basin and shower. We had a pleasant and comfortable time there.
