It is a good food shop for north Indians in vellore. You can get home food feeling at a cheaper prices. The hot phulkas they serve for thali is an added advantage. Most of the restaurant dont serve phulkas, they only serve tandoor rotis. Their north indian thali @90rs is enough for two people also if you order one also paratha along with it. Their different thali options are really good. They also offer ghee phulkas, parathas in thali as an alternative. So you can have variety of thalia on different days. You can also order one vegetable (most of the vegetables are priced @60 rs except paneer ones) along with parathas or phulkas. I haven't tried their lassi or other drinks. But their parathas such as aloo @Rs. 30, also pyaz @Rs. 35, paneer @Rs. 45 are delicious and available at pretty low prices... So if you are staying near CMC hospital and a north indian as well as vegetarian then Banaras roti & paratha corner should be your food destination..

Me and my friend purchased some roti's and paratha's with channa masala as side. It was really tummy filling and extraordinarily tasty, satisfying our taste buds to the core.
I just ate 4 rottis and it cost 70, it may be a normal amount but I feel it's not worthy. The taste also didn't satisfy me because at some other local hotel if I had the same, at least the taste would have satisfied me. I would give maximum 40 for those which I ate though with non satisfaction. Sorry to say openly because it's my taste.!!

Banaras is a very good hotel specially for the vegetarians in Vellore city. People who came to CMC for the treatment faces a problem of food. So, these hotel provides a good facility in less price.
