Location: 200 meters from Assi ghat, easily accessible via different public transport modes. Pricing : The owner took 2000 per night for a room for three people. The price was bit on the higher end and we expected it to be around 1500 per night until we entered the room. The room had a double bed and a single bed setup and was very clean and spacious. The owner asked us (every guest and he himself) to remove our shoes in the lobby itself, to keep the place clean. Parking: You can't park your car at this property however the owner helps you to park the car on a nearby property (150 meters away) and they charge Rs 200 per day for the parking. However this parking space is very risky and if you are not driving an SUV segment car, it is highly probable that the lower segment of your car may get a few scratches. (Note: public transport is anyways the best mode of transport in Banaras). The owner was also a great host, he was ready to guide us on any support we asked for. He was also available for support at 3 am in the morning as we needed some support.

i really liked the place in so many ways first of all the room was very clean and spacious. plenty of hot water and good wi-fi. the owner of the place (navin) is just amazing and his brother(krishna) is also so sweet and helpful. you can go up the stairs to the rooftop and see a 360 view of varanasi they also have their own tiny restaurant on the roof. the location is very close to assi ghat and there are many good restaurants & coffee places around. enjoy

We recently had our stay at Banaras guest house for our Varanasi trip. It was very comfortable staying there. Mr. Naveen was very helpful in guiding us to the places nearby and also very supportive. We would recommend this place to stay as it had all facilities nearby, hospital, supermarket, hotels, restaurants. Most importantly it is walkable from assighat which is popular for subh e banaras, ganga aarti that takes place by evening over the ghats. Thanks to Mr. Naveen for making our stay comfortable.
