Banana Leaf Restaurant - Vegetarian restaurant in Mira Bhayandar - Palghar, India

Being a true non veg loving family, we wanted to try something veg today so we chose this south indian restaurant. To our surprise, the food was amazing amd ambience was also cool. the place is very crowded so we got to sit outside as we were big family. If you are not a south indian, the menu item names will appear like a foreign language to you, so it is recommended to ask the manager to help u order their best dishes. The manager was very helpful and service was quick. Our order: Rajni dosa: A unique taste than usual dosas Sada Dosa: Crispy and nice Cheeae Uttappam: Kids loved it Thali: A filling menu for two people with neer dosa, four tupes of sabzis, zweet dish etc. nice Masala Idli: Yummy idlis tossed in masalas. Two other varieties of Dosas Watermelon Drink which was not up to the mark Food: 8/10 Service: 10/10 Ambience: 8/10 they also have usual roti sabzi starter type of dishes but I sensed it more famous for typical south indian taste. The coconut chutney, lasun chutney and Sambar on table taste yummy. A nice place to try if you are a south indian food lover.

Absolutely love this place for my breakfast and dinner meals. The food menu is quite good and the food quality is excellent. Highly recommend the Thatte podi idli, filter coffee, idli platter, dosas and ofcourse try the pav bhaji, choke bhature as well.

Could be the best Pure Veg. South Indian restaurant in Mira Bhayandar. It's a 5/5 for the ambience of this place, quite authentic in the way they serve too. Definitely try the appam or neer dosa, they were so soft! Also well made porottas. The mixed vegetable curry went really well with the breads, quantity - enough for 2-3 people. The prices are mid-ranged.. not exactly cheap but you'll get great taste, service and atmosphere here!

The ambience is good, but food not at all authentic South Indian. The Dosa was asked to make crispy but they made it into a papad. Neer Dosa was also pathetic. They don't bother at all about the feedback . Service doesn't befit fine dine experience at all.

Out Of The Staff Had a Unique Dress Which Related to Southern Part of India.. Tried The Very Famous Tollywood Coffee That Is "Filter Coffee" & It Was Fantastic As I Expected.... Also Tried Chef Special Banglore Style Dosa Which Totally Took Me To Bangloreee.. It Was Just Yummy . The Ambience Was Sooo Cool, It Had Everything Which Was Related To South India This Place Is 10/10 For South Indian lovers.. They Have Good Varities Of South Indian Food Just Also Had a Unique Mouth Freshner Paan At the End..Must Try

need to focus more on basic hygiene and cleanliness. During our visit, we noticed that the staff's uniforms were stained, and some of the furniture was in poor condition. Additionally, we observed staff members cutting onions outside of the kitchen area in preparation for lunch, even though we were there for breakfast. The area where this was done was not clean, including the knives used for cutting. While the food quality is excellent, there is room for improvement in basic hospitality."

I have tried majority of their outlets . Few things that are common in every outlet 1 . Food is never on time 2 Watters are just not interested in customer 3 taste is average 4 always make mistakes in ur order with me it happened twice in 1 order I ordered thali with chapati and what I got was uttapam when I told the manager he forced me to believe it that it was my mistake. Then we ordered tamato rice bcoz my friend visited that place to have just tamato rice and after 45 min the manager got lemon rice . After discussion he agreed to change it but guess why he took it inside and added Tomato to it and gave us the same lemon rice and said we made it fresh all this happened in 2 min I wouldn't recommend this place as this chain of restaurant has a habit of lying I am a big thali lover but this thali was a waste all the items were cold and all I got was gravy gravy gravy with potato
