Poor service,though manager takes efforts to fulfill your requirements,he can't.unproffesional management. hot water supply problem in morning. Food very average. Unclean rooms. High room charges as compared to facilities

Not only this resort but all resorts in Chikhaldara are bad.... better if you don't plan to stay here. Morning to evening plan is enough to see Chikhaldara.
It was a nice resort but heavily priced,no Geezar in tha rooms,bathroom full of small. Only three staff doing all work. STAFF ARE VERY COOPRATIVE NATURWISE,BUT Facilities are not in according to price,in this price other nice options are there. Also resort not proper maintained.

Bamboo treehouse for stay in chikhaldara is a very good option. our experience was wholesome . The owner and the staff were very well behaved . Booking of the stay and safari with them was hassle free . Talking about rooms...they were clean and well maintained with a small balcony and a good view . Coming to food .. we enjoyed our meals here . The Manager and staff were kind enough to provide with us with chicken even though we placed the order late at night . Thank you soo much for a wonderful experience! :)
