We absolutely loved this wonderful place! The beach huts are amazing with lovely outdoor showers and great attention to detail. The beds are super comfy as are the pillows. Pollem is one of the prettiest beaches in Goa and you pretty much have the whole thing just for the Bamboo guests. The food was really good and the kind and efficient staff were always on hand if needed. We only stayed one night but I wish we could have stayed longer it's a place out of time.
I have just completed my wonderful stay at Bamboo yoga. This retreat is by far the most luxurious retreat in South Goa, and in the best location. The vegetarian food is of a very high standard and plentiful. The teachers are very professional and can work with you on any level, and the staff cannot do enough for you. The air conditioned huts are beautiful and comfortable ( great mattress and pillows ), and I absolutely loved the outdoor bathrooms. The beach is pretty much exclusive to Bamboo, with extra comfy sun loungers. I highly recommend this place! If you've read this far you need to book now..
We had an amazing stay at Bamboo, a true slice of paradise on a quiet and secluded beach. The cottages were really comfortable and thoughtfully designed and the hospitality was fantastic. The vegetarian food was exceptional. Thanks to the team for making our stay such a memorable experience.

In case you are currently surfing the web, searching for a Yoga Retreat in Goa - you can now stop: because you will not find any better place than Bamboo. From the moment I arrived, i couldn't believe how beautiful this place is. Bamboo is located at this beautiful beach, embedded in nature - nothing else around than just the beauty of the ocean, the palm trees, the huts and employees of bamboo. If you are searching for a relaxed time, with great Yoga and amazing food - you just arrived in heaven at bamboo. The huts are really comfy with an amazing outdoor bathroom. I traveled here alone, but never felt alone for one second. The age average was around 50 when I was here. I am 34 years old, however enjoyed the amazing company of all these inspiring people around. In case you want to do shopping, patnem and palolem beach is around a 20 min car drive which cost around 10dollars one way (mostly you find someone to share with). If you want to do a lot of Party and have more of a "Goa experience" with only little Yoga, maybe a location directly at patnem beach is more suitable for you. But in case you want to unwind and want to do something for your body and mind, I would definetly highly recommend to stay at bamboo. Just give it a try, i am sure you will not regret it. I also want to point out the amazing staff of bamboo. Susanne was so helpful even before I arrived, so I felt safe and welcomed the whole booking process. From the moment I arrived, Dil took care of everything. He is such a character and bringing so much joy and good vibes at bamboo. Never experienced such an amazing and caring (and funny :-)) employee like him. He is there all day long - and night- to help and to chat with his unique way of doing it ;-) He is one of many beautiful souls that are working here - including of course also the Yoga teachers. So to sum up: If you want to do a Yoga retreat, this is the place to be! Thank you Bamboo Team for this amazing Yoga Retreat, that I will never forget and keep always in my heart
Lovely and quiet yoga haven at the end of Patnem Beach. It's nearly empty now during covid so if you're looking to decompress this is the spot. Challenging and healing yoga classes offered twice a day. The food is pretty good but don't forget to check out other local places as well. Reliable wifi in the common area (also sometimes in your hut depending on where you are). Basic but pleasant open air huts with hammocks (although the rope broke on mine one night and I crashed on my head and no one seemed to care so minus one - not okay! ). The staff is mostly great and will help you out with anything you need. It's probably a bit pricey if you're not into yoga but if you are it's a wonderful place to practice.
The staff were a delight and the yoga classes amazing! I can't compliment the instructors Myria and Prianca enough as I felt fully recharged both mentally and physically after my time at Bamboo Yoga. It was great to experience different types of yoga daily so there was plenty of variety, and the views from the Shala are by far the best in Patnem.
