My recent experience at Bamboo Pot was nothing short of disappointing. My family and I dined here, and it's safe to say it was far from a pleasant experience. To start with, the restaurant was eerily empty, with just one other couple present. The ambiance was bizarre, with artificial grass on the floor and bamboo-clad walls. The dim lighting made it challenging to even see our food. The problems didn't end there. The staff appeared neither neat nor hygienic, and their lack of menu knowledge made it impossible for them to provide any worthwhile food suggestions. The most frustrating part was the excruciatingly long wait for our food, which took a whole hour to arrive. Even after the lengthy wait, the food was a complete letdown. We had ordered pot rice with gravy, but what we received was plain fried rice with no trace of the promised gravy. When we brought this to their attention, it led to an argument about the charges, as the dish served was incorrect. To make matters worse, the management seemed lethargic and disinterested in addressing our concerns. It became abundantly clear why the restaurant was nearly empty, with just one other couple besides us. I would strongly advise against dining at Bamboo Pot. It was a regrettable experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone else.

Food taste not good even portion very less as compared to price. Per their slogan "Taste to Remember" I would recommend not to go there again. Too high prices and portion(quantity) tooooooo less. Not recommend anyone to have food at this place. Worsttttttttttt experience....... They serving in little pot...... even jeera rise also served in little pot........ worstttttttttt

One of the best restaurants I've been to. Staff is extremely curteous and food is incredible. You must visit this once. Must try sizzling brownie in dessert.

The place is very neat, hygiene and so lovely. The ambience is 100/ Did not expect to make my first anniversary so memorable by celebrating it here, they made good arrangements in a very short time, greatful for it. Food tastes, the best Will definitely visit again'

I have visited the restaurant thrice. Excellent food especially their Chef special. Yes the quantity is a little less but it has a unique taste which I have not come across up till now. They should also serve sea food now. Ambience is good. Must improve their service time. But again excellent taste, worth the wait. It's a place I would like to visit again.
