Location is fantastic, the view is breathtaking. As far as the room service was concerned, it was underwhelming. The resort was understaffed, the same bloke running around from guest to guest. What I found unacceptable was the condition of the bedding. The sheets were stained, they were disgusting to say the least. And I would leave it to your imagination as to the nature of those filthy stains, your guess is as good as mine. And the guy in the head office tricked us into getting a quad room which was almost the same size as a room for two, for amlost 1.5 times the price. It spoiled our initial hours there, as we were trying to bargain our way out of it..

Beautiful location and amazing service. Staff was very cooperative and helpful. We had senior citizens in our group,staff helped them with their luggage and bringing them from road till location. Amazing sunset view from this place. Must visit.

Its a fantastic experience to stay at this play amidst the nature and its pure peace just away from the common humdrum and with a breathtaking view of the valley. Service is excellent. Manned by just 7 staffs and I must say they are hard worker and pleasant in appearance and always prompt on service. The things to improve are 1. Laundry service. 2. Beside bed keep more provision for charging electronics. Rest all are just very good.

it's was great stay here. room service food everything was excellent but there is single issue which there is no power backup facility and network issue other than that I had great experience here. recommend to everyone family, friend even couple friendly.

Perfect location of resort for refreshing and relaxation of mind. Food was good. Location is the center for Mussoorie and Tehri. Service of staff was little slow and music system was not working but all over experience was good.

It was an amazing experience staying at the bamboo junction the food was really tasty I would love to stay again in Snowfall. Much recommended.

The resort was pretty good and at an amazing location. Loved the stay here, and to make the experience even better the hotel staff arranged music and bonfire. The food and the hotel staff were amazing.. Highly recommended. Thanks to Ridhi for ensuring we had a great time.

The resort location is quite good with a peaceful environment. Good for a weekend stay. The bamboo huts are good with TV and Geyser and all the basic amenities. Room service is good. The staff is supportive especially Naresh (chef), sunny and prince. Would recommend it to others.
