Heater was not working, water pressure is very low, tiles were slippery after cleaning, bathrooms need to be improved and sofa was also very old.

Worst and horrible experience - stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights and had horrible stay and sleepless nights. The place had powercut on the very first night we stayed, and no light or fan. The rooms were not clean, the floor is sticky and bed cover pillows were not even changed. There were cockroches and geckos everywhere. Not a place to stay.

Not a good place for families. The place is very dirty and not maintained well. There were too many mosquitoes and insects, and even cockroaches. Wifi signal was not available on the first floor. Frequent power cuts and only one room upstairs had an inverter connection. The place is a bit inside from the center, so having a vehicle is a must during night. It's better to book a good hotel in advance when you plan to visit yercaud.

Beautiful place for a family like ambiance, the owner is protective and a very good help. The service is wonderful it is totally worth it instead of staying in a hotel.Next to green scenery. Care Taker is very helpfull

Calm and nice place,but near lake...neat,clean,spacious rooms also low budjet...near car parking...totally superb...

Rooms and property are as shown in the photos. Pros: Rooms were clean. Housekeeping was friendly, check in and checkout was hassle free. Property is located close to all siteseeing places. Parking is available. Cons: 1. Heater is not working in one of our rooms. Housekeeping did not repair it within our stay, so our plans got delayed as everyone had to use only one bathroom. 2. Bathrooms were small, also not that clean enough. Maintenance is required. 3. No dustbin, towels, soap, no hot water for drinking(even if you ask them, there is no provision arranged to provide hot water) 4. Frequent powercuts. 5. Parking place maintenance is poor, 6. Food(if ordered) given by them is delivered very late, we ordered by 7pm they delivered us at 9:45pm. Although it was a small menu only. Food was below average only, not that good food. But the price charges was quite high for that quality of food.

Very average place. No kettle, bath soap, towels and dustbin provided, internet is too bad. Food arranged by them arrived too late. Cleanliness and maintenance are much needed. Parking area needs to be repaired as vehicles find difficult to enter their area without damage. Frequent powercuts. Had to wait for power to get heater which spoiled out plans.
