We had pork ribs that we're very tough to eat taste was okay. The Vegetables along with it we're done well. The Tandoori was nice could have been improved it's taste by adding a little butter to it. Over all services was good. To place is to Bright and loosing it's touch of being cozy by the beach. Also must be aware they charge you extra if you use your Card.
The food is amazing at this place. Reasonably priced for a shack by the beach. We ordered the Goan Fish curry rice and Fillet Mignon. Since it's in South Goa, it's very calm and not crowded. Great place to have a candle lit dinner by the beach with just the ocean around you.
The place is at Utorda beach. Since it's the first shack on the beach it's quite crowded in the evening. Food is good but not so exceptional. Servers are quite friendly and polite. Order was taken very promptly and delivered soon. It has a swing and sofa facing beach which is quite interesting and unique. Its near to Planet Hollywood resort and so the prices are little on the higher side.
The fell in love with this place, it was bright and glittery with all the LEDs and in house live singers were excellent. They just make your mood. Go for the ambience and good alchohol. Food was good not great. The service was nice just as required.
Good local cuisines ..... Food takes a while to be on the table ...probably they make it fresh ...so have plan to start with a drink. Stewards are nice n friendly service is good.. Single Food portions are pretty satisfactory for a good eater.
A wonderful seasonal shack on Utorda beach. The choice on the menu was quite good and very reasonably priced. They have a special seafood menu. They also serve hard liquor and very delightful cocktails. They have laid out beach recliners under a thatched umbrella and is a great place to relax and get a tan. The beach is flat with clean sea waves lapping close by. A few water sports activities are close by. There is a sizeable tourist crowd during the day. The nights are pleasent and romantic.
Sadly the view is the only good thing about this Shack! The food here was a scam, they gave Mathri instead of Nachos with some weird dip and Jalapeno poppers looked like Jalapeno p**p! Both things tasted weird and not up to any mark! We had been to the very same shack few years back and had a better experience here! We did give feedback to the owner but the response was kind of - we don't care!! We wished to have dinner here, but these two dishes were enough to get us going to another restaurant. ....ONE OF MY FAVOURITE.... PLACES ON A BEAUTIFUL BEACH Slightly isolated away from the other shacks but that's not such a bad thing & is worth the small extra walk on the serene Uttorda Beach... The food is really good (especially the fish).. .. Balthazar, the owner - is as cheerful as ever - BUT somehow the place seems to have lost a bit of that special Charisma from previous years..... .....because when this place is good IT REALLY IS GOOD...!!! . ......SPARKLING.......
