Room service is very slow. Hotel is situated on good location. Check the seal of the water bottle before using it as they serve their RO water and don't inform the customers. Rooms are airy, spacious and clean. Taps of the washrooms needs to be changed as they are very old type and don't work properly.

Very bad palace. In one marriage party of my cousin which I attended. They provided very bad service. They charged for AC hall, but in the party, the AC did not work most of the time. Even after a couple of complaints on the spot, they made many excuses of generators and all. Just stay away from those thugs.

Good big hotel and room with ample parking facility. It has huge space available for marriage function, celebration of every kind can be accommodated in lawn or two big halls. Clean rooms with AC available. In house food arrangement available.

Good environment... Clean.. But location is a little odd while coming from chandigarh. Rest is nice and impressive

The experience was extremely good and even though I went only to give my IELTS exam there, it literally felt like heaven coz of the great hall in which beautiful biblical images were printed on the ceiling. I loved it !!

Very helpful management... Mr. Gurmeet was really helpful during complete marriage program. Food is delicious... majorly deals in marriages, parties, etc... no live kitchen... but they arrange the good cooks amd serving staff for functions...

Balson paradise have combined services of marriage palace hotel and restaurant.. From marriage palace point of view it's too good..

Nice with decors but otherwise it's just like average farmhouse...
