Stay away from this hospital, even a government hospital is better. No wonder there are many negative reviews already. Worst experience. Pathetic doctors and staff. Need to give a negative review. Their business is scaring people and getting them admitted. When informed doctor about taking second opinion to get admitted , he was telling the associate doctor about not entertaining these kind of patients . No wonder there are many negative reviews already. When patient was admitted in the morning , they gave medication only in the evening and "apparently" they thought they(Dr. Madhu Jumla) have given medication in the morning, when confronted they don't want us to raise the voice.Also while giving medication to the patient , patient (brain stroke) was not cooperating , and the doctor (Madhu) said we can get the medication done by some other doctor where we wanted to take second opinion , come on are you really doctor under the oath, what kind of inhumane behavior is this. You have charged us the money and did not do any free service.

I had both (Good & Bad) experience when I first time visited this hospital. Good: 1) Great Service & checkup from the initial & regular Doctors who checked the patient & explained clearly 2) They have a nice parking area & good support from Security person 3) They kept water dispensers for public usage 4) Clean & Hygiene atmosphere everywhere BAD : 1) People use to say they charge a hefty amount to increase the bills.. but, I myself personally experienced it. Though I paid ECG, blood test charges (without performing the test unless we show to nurse) again they charged on the final bill. 2) Admission charges: They take it initially Rs.400 and if they move to different ward / ICU, again they took additional Rs.400 as registration charges not sure what kind of registration they do bcz, Billing team are least bother to check and charge correct billing. Reason being, Patient was admitted in "ICU-Stepdown ward" but, they charged us "ICU-Ward" charges which will be always high! when I asked they corrected & reduced the final bill by morethan 50% !!!! 3) At ICU, even the Bed, Cot was damaged and not working fine then, we only forced to shift to the next bed. I raised this point as well because, they should rectify the issue or they should give us 50% discount for the defectiveness. instead, they wanted to charge full.. ! escalated the same. 4) Even Sweepers, etc., people use to ask money for whatever they perform their duties. if we give small amount, they treat us differently. All these points discussed personally with the Billing section team and escalated. Many poor people won't be knowing all these and end up paying more value unnecessary. They will be suffering personally as well financially too. With the Doctor's service no doubt it was fantastic. which is really appreciable. Thank you for that.

The worst hospital and the doctors visits there are totally commercial and they treat the patients only for money sake not with any humanity and minimum ethics which doctors and hospitality should have. I recommend no patients to visit that hospital. And working nursing staff are not qualified they dont even know the basic which even a lay man knows.

There is always scope for improvement and this Hospital is open for receiving feedback to improvise services and enhance patient care

Prices are too high middle class people can't effort plz make price less you are serving people for God or for money

They generate fake reports and scare you to make you be there for many days so that they can charge you, very hostile and zero knowledgable staff, never stepping in here again.

General ward should be improved , all walls in General ward are so dirty and light fly disturb patients. Should have a bench or small bed for the person who stays with patients at night , they sleep on floor which is a bit risky, no doors they have only curtains this will uncomfortable to change the dress to patients. Doctor do visit patients regularly and good behavior which is a good thing .. please do improve the infrastructure.
