BALLARI Health City - Hospital in Ballari - Ballari, India

This is the worst hospital I've seen in bellari, please don't come if any emergency . Doctors are very good at treating patients especially Dr.koushik sir and Dr Narendra gouda sir but staff mems are very lazy they don't respond correctly and didn't inform anything to their family.

Please don't go to hospital if you're an insurance dependant. These guys will not come to collect any documents. You only roam around them for days after admission. After discharge also they will not give any support if they didn't filled the forms correctly. Your claim will get reject with the documents they provide. If you ask for many days also they will not respond correctly. You have to visit the hospital again to collect the documents. In my case my claim got rejected because of incomplete filling of some documents. I'm calling them and following them from last 4 days. But they are not responding. Again I have to travel 400kms to talk with these guys and to collect my documents

Dr Koushik gave the best treatment to my mother she is very good now but hospital reciption facility management and medical facility management completely irresponsible and wasting time unnecessary please rectify the issue and serve better next time

There is no time manner to the cardiology department. Consult time given 3:00 PM but time passes 5:30 pm no doctor is in service. Waiting for reports will take another 3 hours. Better to choose another alternative for visiting from other than ballari.

This type of worst hospital has never been seen. The staff was very irresponsible and the supporting staff asked for money for cleaning and other hospitality works. Please don't refer to this hospital. Medical shop staff are very lazy fellows and rude behaviour.

Visiting this hospital just for dr.narendra goud ,whoz one of the finest cardiologist,,but we are not happy with receptionist uma and Nancy...who doesn't kn how to speak and behave in front of crowd,,plz educate them to behave in a dignified manner not lik illitrates,, concerned staff should take action on there language and behaviour immediately,,
